About The Role As a DevOps Engineer at CapTech Consulting, you will play a vital role within our engineering team, focusing on streamlining the deployment, verification, and monitoring of applications and services. This position requires a hands-on approach to systems engineering, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define and enhance DevOps processes and foster a development culture rooted in automation and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in refining our continuous integration tools, environment provisioning, and development workflows, ensuring seamless operations across physical servers, private clouds, and public cloud platforms. Your expertise will contribute to building resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports the innovative solutions we deliver to our clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in DevOps engineering, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure management.Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or DataDog.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain infrastructure that supports the deployment and scaling of applications across multiple environments.Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and reduce deployment times.Collaborate with development teams to understand code dependencies and infrastructure requirements.Implement monitoring solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and infrastructure.Automate routine tasks related to environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues promptly.Contribute to the development and improvement of DevOps best practices and standards within the organization.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our DevOps capabilities.
