Description

Adactin is seeking a suitably qualified Lead Sitecore Developer to support a significant digital transformation initiative involving the migration of our current Sitecore XP environment to Sitecore AI/XM Cloud. Overview of Services The Lead Sitecore Developer will be responsible for: Providing technical leadership and architecture guidance for the Sitecore migration program.Assessing and defining the target-state architecture for Sitecore AI/XM Cloud.Designing, developing and implementing the migration approach.Leading and mentoring internal development team throughout the transition.Establishing development standards, patterns and best practices.Supporting planning, estimation, risk identification and technical decision-making. Supporting Applications The resource will also be required to assess and recommend migration, consolidation or replacement strategies for associated platforms including: SearchStaxDigital Asset Management (DAM) solutionsPHP-based applications and websitesOther Sitecore-integrated components identified during discovery Deliverables The Lead Sitecore Developer will provide architecture leadership, technical oversight, hands-on development and mentoring to support delivery of the migration.
