The Software Development Specialist 4 plays a key role at the board.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders to understand, design, and implement solutions to the business requirements.
Lead and perform investigation and analysis of technology and processes to improve how the agency creates software.Serve as a primary developer and architect of the enterprise shared services and APIs leveraged by the entire application portfolio.
Expertise in Azure DevOps: Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure ArtifactsExpertise in Azure infrastructure automation (ability to deploy, configure, and scale Azure resources), incident response, and observability to ensure high availability in the cloud system and performance
60 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks AND/OR leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 months' work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
