Description

Medilinkers LLC is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a fast-growing AI healthcare technology company. You’ll own greenfield projects across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure, helping build and scale products that automate the healthcare recruiting process. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with engineering leadership and the founding team, move quickly, and have a direct impact on products used at significant scale. What You’ll Do Own and deliver greenfield projects across the full stack. Build and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Design, build, and scale high-throughput distributed systems. Evolve backend architecture as the platform scales from thousands to millions of interactions. Work with serverless AWS infrastructure. Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and the founding team. Help establish engineering standards and technical culture within an early-stage team. Requirements 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering. Strong foundation in Python. Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems in production. Experience with observability, monitoring, and reliability for mission-critical systems. 2+ years of experience at an early-stage, VC-backed startup. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Ability to work across the stack rather than specializing exclusively in one area. Strong ownership, adaptability, and a low-ego approach to collaboration. Experience building or deploying AI/LLM applications or ML pipelines is a plus. Ideal Background Experience at both an early-stage startup and a larger technology company. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment. Excited to build products from scratch and make architectural decisions in ambiguous situations. Mission-driven and open to changing direction when presented with better technical arguments. Location & Work Authorization Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate. Must be able to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
