Between: $180,000 - $270,000, contingent on experienceFreedom in the implementation of your own solutions as a founding engineerUnrivaled career growth opportunities | They are a trailblazing and owning a complete path of success in the tech world What you’ll do: Building and owning the core platform layer — agent frameworks, orchestration, verification, observability, and developer tooling that every engineering pod ships on top ofDesigning the financial data platform that ingests, normalizes, and reconciles data from ERPs, banks, billing, payroll, and CRMs into a trustworthy source of truthWorking directly with end customers and controllers to understand finance workflows and translate them into reusable platform abstractionsLeading architectural decisions under ambiguity — identifying bottlenecks, making technical bets, and shipping full-stack when the work calls for itDriving horizontal, cross-functional work that raises the ceiling for the entire engineering team as the company scales from ~$3M to $10M ARR this year What we’re looking for: 4 - 12 years of experience in platform software engineering (Python)Experience with AI/LLM APIs to build automations or agentic workflowsBuilt fundamental platform/infra systems at scaleTech Stack: Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, Cursor, Claude Open to visa transfers.
