About The Role The role owns the user-facing architecture, building high-performance, accessible, and responsive web applications that serve millions of users daily. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex product requirements into seamless, intuitive frontend experiences. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and modern state management librariesOptimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsersCollaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces adhering to WCAG standardsWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architecture standards and best practices What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in modern frontend developmentDeep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React ecosystems including hooks and concurrent renderingSolid experience with state management solutions, module bundlers (Vite, Webpack), and CSS preprocessors or Tailwind CSSUnderstanding of web performance optimization techniques, core web vitals, and cross-browser compatibility issuesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering (SSR), GraphQL, or mobile development via React Native
