Senior Software Developer - Identity and Access Management

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Elisa ID team Through digital identities and Elisa ID, we solve the challenges of unifying and centralizing identities and customer data in real time while ensuring high quality and privacy compliance. Elisa ID is a critical system in Elisa’s digital ecosystem, at the centre of “everything”, and has a big impact on customer satisfaction. The team is responsible for developing SSO and other identity and access management services for Elisa customers. Our mission is to improve data quality and create better customer experiences across services and channels, ultimately driving business growth. ✅ We expect you to bring experience in the following areas: Around five years of full‑stack development experience in digital servicesAt least three years of hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, including protocols such as SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAMLUnderstanding of identity lifecycle management and automated provisioningActive interest in the security landscape, with a habit of keeping up with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry developmentsGood communication skills in spoken and written English (Finnish is a plus) ➕ We Also Appreciate Familiarity with modern security principles such as Zero Trust and least privilegeUnderstanding of cloud environments such as GCP and AWSExperience with API design and integration (REST, JSON)Experience developing software with GoStrong experience in AI tools and usage Role You don’t have to know everything; the position allows you to learn more as you go. The rest of your role will be customized based on your experience and interests and can be some combination of: Infrastructure/SRE/DevOpsCo-operation with other telecom operators on Mobile Identity (Mobiilivarmenne)Working with multidisciplinary service design and development teams We are looking for a proactive person with a can-do attitude who is able to identify, specify, and define what needs to be done. You will need strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse business stakeholders from both B2B and B2C. Our teams are agile and independent. We own our services. The developer will work in Elisa’s Digital Services Finland organization, as part of the Digital Identity & Interaction area.
