Description
We are seeking a Senior Producer to lead the production engine behind our paid social content while supporting brand partnerships, organic social and other video studio initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Creative Production and managing an Associate Producer, you'll own execution from creative handoff through final delivery, turning Growth strategy into a high-volume pipeline of platform-native creative across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, OTT and emerging platforms.
This is a senior, hands-on role with a heavy post-production focus (roughly 70% of the work).
We're looking for someone who believes modern creative production is built on smart systems, creative judgment and continuous iteration, not simply bigger productions.
You Will Own…
Own end-to-end production across paid social, brand partnerships, organic social and other studio initiatives—from creative handoff through final delivery, including budgets, schedules, production, post-production and stakeholder communication.
Challenge briefs to improve creative quality, testability and production efficiency before cameras roll.
Own post-production - the majority of the studio's output - driving efficient review cycles, AI-enabled workflows and high-quality creative execution.
Mentor the Associate Producer while leading editors, videographer, creators and freelance partners across every stage of production.
Balance production resources across internal teams and freelancers, maximizing studio capacity against changing business priorities.
Build smarter production systems by leaving every project with a better workflow, template or process than it started with.
Lead productions from planning through wrap, including creator sourcing, casting, logistics and on-set direction.
Build and maintain a high-performing network of creators and freelance production partners.
Partner with Creative Strategy, Design and Copy to translate creative direction into executable production plans.
Build production schedules that balance shoots, post-production, review, localization and delivery while maximizing existing global footage before commissioning new production.
Serve as the primary production partner to Growth, Creative Strategy and Marketing, proactively managing timelines, risks, tradeoffs and communication.
Continuously improve how the studio operates through AI, automation and smarter production workflows.
You Are…
Performance-first.
You know the best-performing creative isn't always the biggest production.
You're equally comfortable producing polished campaigns and creator-native content, always choosing the approach that best serves the idea.
Post-driven.
You love post-production as much as being on set and understand that today's strongest creative is often built in the edit.
Systems-minded.
You naturally improve workflows, documentation and production processes, leaving teams more efficient than you found them.
Curious about what's next.
You continuously explore new tools and technologies, including AI - not because they're new, but because they make the work better, faster or simpler.
Exceptionally organized, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple complex productions without sacrificing quality or speed.
A proactive operator who surfaces risks early, solves problems independently and balances creative ambition with budgets and timelines.
Collaborative, influential and comfortable partnering across Creative Strategy, Growth, Design, Finance and external partners.
Positive, professional and energized by building a high-performing creative team.
At a Minimum, You Have…
5+ years producing performance-driven social content within a production company, creative agency or high-volume in-house creative studio.
Extensive experience producing paid social creative, UGC, creator partnerships and short-form video at scale.
Proven experience sourcing, hiring and managing creators for both remote and on-set production.
Deep understanding of modern post-production workflows, review systems and AI-assisted editing; post-production represents the majority of this role.
Strong understanding of creative best practices across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, OTT and emerging platforms.
Experience managing multiple concurrent productions, balancing budgets, schedules, resources and stakeholder expectations.
Experience partnering directly with Growth, Creative Strategy, Design, editors, creators, Finance and external production partners.
Experience planning and executing both photo and video productions from creative handoff through final delivery.
Experience with modern production technology including AI review platforms (Shade or similar), Frame.io, DAM systems (Bynder or equivalent), ElevenLabs, Motion and emerging AI tools.
Experience supporting global content localization and scalable production workflows is a plus.
Strong understanding of freelance crew management, commercial production workflows and production budgeting.
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional social-first production, storytelling and creative execution.
Excellent communication skills, strong follow-through and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to work on-site in New York four days per week.
