We are a charity that runs free programming workshops for minority group members all across the UK. What difference will you make? As a coach you will spend the 2 hour workshop paired 1 1 with a student and guide them through a tutorial, or a person project in the language you have told us you can help with. What are we looking for? We are looking for software developers with skills in HTML/CSS, JS, Ruby, or Python. You tell us the programming language you can help with and we'll pair you with someone. The main qualities we expect from a coach is empathy and patience. Be supportive, and let them explore. Remote What will you be doing?
