We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong PHP development expertise and experience building scalable business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
Software Design & Development
Design, enhance, and maintain scalable PHP-based applications using modern frameworks such as Laravel, or similar technologies.Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established engineering best practices.Contribute to system architecture, technical design discussions, and long-term platform strategy.Build and support APIs, integrations, and internal services that enable key business processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.Communicate technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate in Agile development activities including planning, estimation, and sprint execution.System Performance & Reliability
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for system incidents.Optimize application performance, database queries, and service reliability.Implement automated testing, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment automation efforts.Full-Stack Engineering

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.4+ years of professional software development experience with PHP as a primary programming language.Strong experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, or comparable technologies.Proficiency in relational database design, SQL development, and performance optimization.Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services and APIs.Hands-on experience with Git-based source control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
