Location: Plano, TX, 3x a week hybrid

Must-Haves — Technical Coach, Test Automation & Quality Engineering
Strong Test Automation Background
10+ years in software engineering, test automation, quality engineering, or engineering leadershipHands-on experience building and scaling automation frameworksExperience with: Selenium, Playwright or Cypress, API automation (REST Assured, Postman/Newman), JUnit/TestNG/NUnit/xUnit, Cucumber or SpecFlow
Quality Engineering Expertise
Strong knowledge of: TDD, BDD, Shift-left testing, Continuous testing, Automation strategyExperience improving: Test coverage, Release confidence, Software quality, Defect reduction
CI/CD Automation Experience
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesHands-on with tools such as: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps
Enterprise Automation Leadership
