Range 78,400.00 - 117,600.00 CAD Job Description Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Cloud We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to be accountable for the delivery, monitoring and maintenance of cloud operations systems and services, including managing all aspects of the Cloud and application environment in order to meet current and future systems demand. Configure and implement the application/infrastructure solutions into new or existing Production environments to support the business requirements and meet customer expectations.  Participates in decisions and proposes solutions for future state, problem resolution or operations optimization. Collaborates with stakeholders across OLG and our external vendors to ensure the application/infrastructure solution designs drive the desired business results.  Responsible for controlling the activities of a dynamic and tightly integrated environment supporting enterprise-wide development and testing activities. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director Cloud & Transformation Management, you will be empowered to: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements and monitoring of all OLG cloud production environments, including networks, integrations, databases etc. to ensure high availability services. Executes the day-to-day delivery for cloud/on-premises infrastructure and application operations activities in a 24/7 environment including maintenance (daily checks, minor fixes or changes), upgrades/patches, preventative maintenance, optimization and lifecycle management (including decommissioning) to be able to provide stable and reliable technology solutions Participates and/or lead incident, problem and release management of events related to cloud infrastructure. Provides technical analysis, root cause analysis, recommendations and options for solutions and improvements.
