Description

Position Summary The Eclipse Foundation is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to join our Software Development team and help build and maintain the web platforms, reusable components, and tools that support the Eclipse Foundation and its communities. This is an existing role on the team. You will work on a range of public-facing websites and web applications, as well as shared front-end infrastructure used across our web properties. This includes developing reusable components, integrating with REST APIs, maintaining our component library, improving existing websites and applications, and helping establish consistent front-end development practices. You will work closely with other developers and internal stakeholders in a geographically distributed team. Much of our work is developed in the open, and we value pragmatic solutions, maintainable code, good documentation, and continuous improvement. Our team is remote-first, collaborative, and passionate about open source. Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 CAD / €40,000 to €50,000 Location: This is a remote position. The selected candidate will work from their home office.
