SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure integrations. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications and automation solutions. Required Qualifications of the Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.5+ years of professional experience developing Power Apps, including both canvas and model-driven applications.5+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.Strong experience creating complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate.Experience developing and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure services.Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, application lifecycle management (ALM), solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across development, testing, and production environments.Must reside in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia and be willing to commute to Columbia, SC, two days per week. Preferred Skills/Experience of the Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer: PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect, or AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration and extended Dataverse capabilities.Experience working with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, NIST, or PCI.Knowledge of Power BI and reporting integrations.Understanding of security architecture within Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities – Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise canvas and model-driven Power Apps.Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.Build automated workflows and system integrations using Power Automate, custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and technical teams to convert business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.Troubleshoot technical issues across development, testing, and production environments while supporting solution performance and reliability.Maintain technical documentation and contribute to governance, security, monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance initiatives. Work Location: Columbia, SC — Hybrid schedule requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
