Product Service Engineer Start Window: ASAP Work Location: Minneapolis / West Palm Beach This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across renewable energy, energy storage, and software applications. You’ll work closely with Software Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Business Management teams and have an opportunity to influence the product roadmap through customer feedback and technical insights. Key requirements: Experience with renewable energy and/or energy storage systemsStrong software troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsUnix/Linux command-line experienceSQLMonitoring/observability tools such as Grafana or CloudWatchExperience debugging model inputs/outputs and setting up local development environmentsAWS experience, particularly S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Step FunctionsUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
