Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT Systems, this role will manage and administer Cooper's Hawk's Azure tenant and cloud resources, with a strong emphasis on identity and access management across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This position will play a critical role in ensuring cloud environments are secure, well-governed, and properly maintained across all Cooper's Hawk locations. How You Will Succeed: Administer the Azure tenant, including subscriptions, resource groups, and configuration of core Azure servicesAdminister and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity synchronization, Entra SSO, and conditional access policiesManage identity lifecycle processes, group policies, and access controls across on-premises AD and Entra ID environmentsAdminister Privileged Access Management solutions and enforce least-privilege access best practicesMonitor Azure resources for performance, cost management, and security complianceApply and maintain Azure governance policies, tagging standards, and resource organizationAdminister and troubleshoot Linux-based systems as neededSupport integration between Azure infrastructure and M365/collaboration services where neededEnsure identity and cloud security compliance requirements are met across all Cooper's Hawk locationsManage assigned projects and tasks and ensure timely completionMaintain detailed diagrams and documentation of all cloud configurations and technology processesProvide after-hours support as needed for critical systemsParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as required What You’ll Bring: Minimum 5 years' experience administering Azure tenants and cloud resourcesMinimum 5 years' experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity, SSO, and conditional accessMinimum 3 years' experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants, including Enterprise licensingMinimum 3 years' experience administering identity management and Privileged Access Management solutionsExperience administering or supporting Linux-based systemsExpertise utilizing PowerShell for Azure, M365, and identity management automationExperience with Azure governance and cost management best practicesExperience implementing Microsoft Power Platform related applications preferredBS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalentRelevant Azure, Microsoft Identity, or M365 certifications preferred (e.g., AZ-104, SC-300) Compensation Range: $105,000 - $120,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
