Why this role matters The primary goal of this role is to develop and deliver high-quality, maintainable front-end features that enhance the user experience of Exness products. The engineer independently drives feature implementation, ensures code quality through testing and reviews, and collaborates across teams to maintain scalable and efficient systems. The role contributes to continuous improvement of team practices, adoption of modern technologies, and consistent delivery of reliable product functionality. The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free What you'll actually do Consistently deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirementsWrite clean, secure, efficient code, perform thorough testing and debugging, and ensure seamless integration with other components while optimizing for scalability and addressing technical debtWrite well-documented code and automation tests with strong coverage. Improve testing practices across the teamConduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and maintain documentation that meets company standardsConstantly work to improve code qualityTackle complex architectural and performance problemsPrepare clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge basesPromote and apply clean code principles and best engineering practicesAutomate repetitive tasks and contribute to performance optimizationsStay current with emerging technologies and advocate for beneficial adoptionParticipate in technical interviews (if applicable), share knowledge with peers, and contribute to improving team processes and standardsSuggest and drive technical improvementsSupport onboarding and ongoing growth of team membersCollaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of professional experiencePreferred: Experience in financial/market-based software development or distributed systemsStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+). Skills in building a SPA using ReactExperience with TypeScript or Flow type. Experience with CSS, including CSS preprocessorsExperience with build tools such as webpack, vite, esbuild etcExperience with test tools such as Jest, Vitest, and PlaywrightIn-depth understanding of the entire web development process: design, development, and deployment.
