As a Senior Test Lead (Senior Framework Developer) at HCLTech, you will take on an architect-level position, shaping the automation strategy, frameworks, and infrastructure that drive the company’s mission-critical projects.

Detailed Responsibilities
Architect, define, and implement robust automation frameworks and set the strategic vision for CI/CD pipelines and test validation infrastructure.Lead the design and execution of large-scale validation infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.Provide hands-on technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Establish, enforce, and continuously improve best practices in automation, quality assurance, security, and deployment processes.Mentor and coach engineers, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.Collaborate closely with product owners, DevOps, and development teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and scalable solutions.Skill Requirements
Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in test automation, framework development, or related domains.Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Python (full stack development experience preferred).Strong background in software architecture and system design, with a proven ability to define and drive technical strategies.Deep expertise in CI/CD methodologies, tools, and technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.Advanced knowledge of test automation frameworks and industry best practices.Fluency in both Polish and English (written and verbal).Other Requirements (Optional)
Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.Familiarity with observability and monitoring solutions such as Grafana and advanced logging systems.Experience in DevOps tools and practices, including Ansible, Artifactory, and RESTful APIs.
