We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and design, build, and operate a product-driven, highly automated multi-cloud provisioning platform.
In this role, you will act as a core technical authority, driving automation and defining reliability standards while mentoring the engineering team.

Your tasks
Architect and drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of our multi-cloud provisioning platform across all production stacksImplement end-to-end automation pipelines to eliminate manual intervention and reduce technical toilDefine, monitor, and improve critical system health indicators (SLIs/SLOs) to make data-driven architectural recommendationsCollaborate with product and cross-functional engineering teams to embed reliability and security considerations early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Design robust incident detection mechanisms, triage critical incidents, and lead deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement long-term preventative engineering solutionsAudit platform operations to identify bottlenecks, eliminate single points of failure, and reduce structural complexity
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Systems InfrastructureAt least 3 years of advanced expertise with AWS, including architecting and troubleshooting cloud environmentsProven experience managing, scaling, and provisioning Kubernetes clusters in productionDemonstrated autonomy in making architectural decisions and delivering production-ready, automated infrastructure without daily supervisionStrong technical communication skills with the ability to align with Technical Leads and collaborate across engineering teamsAdvanced level of English and residency in Poland
