We are rapidly scaling our Modular Odoo ERP Workbench, serving as the central backbone for multiple digital products across asset management, fleet operations, equipment rental, and wholesale automation.
We are looking for a Lead System Architect / Full-Stack Odoo Engineer to take ownership of our data modeling, API architecture, and custom module development.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
• Lead overall data modeling (PostgreSQL/ORM) and API architecture.
• Develop custom Odoo modules and customize core apps (Accounting, Fleet, Rental, Subscriptions).
• Build robust API/middleware adapters for seamless third-party integrations.
• Integrate AI/RAG data pipelines into the ERP ecosystem.
• Develop responsive web portals, mobile workflows (OWL/JS), and dynamic reporting templates (QWeb/PDF).
💻 What You Bring to the Table:
• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Odoo Developer or Full-Stack Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML/OWL.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo’s core modules (Accounting, Fleet, Rental, etc.).
• Strong frontend skills for Odoo UI (JavaScript, OWL framework, QWeb).
• Experience in designing scalable API architectures and middleware.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI/RAG data integration or experience in asset management/fleet/rental domains.
📍 Location: Remote (Global) OR On-Site in Bad Grönenbach, Germany (Relocation supported).
