In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a suite of applications supporting Non-Financial Risk Management initiatives. Your Mission (Should You Accept It!) As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications across the full technology stack. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business, regulatory, performance, and security requirements. Your Day-to-Day Will Include Designing and developing complex, scalable software systems and applications.Building and maintaining multi-tier Java EE and microservices-based solutions.Developing modern and responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.Leveraging AI-powered coding assistants and Generative AI tools to increase development efficiency and code quality.Collaborating with business stakeholders and global technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best development practices.Creating comprehensive unit tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.Supporting Agile ceremonies and providing project progress updates.Adapting to changing business priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.Learning and applying internal frameworks, standards, and engineering best practices.Your Future Team You will join a collaborative, international team dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions that support risk management processes across the organization.
