Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology organisation developing a SaaS platform, based in Cracow. This is a hands-on role combining Azure cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation and platform ownership. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes environments and operational reliability. Key responsibilities: Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure toolingManage Azure infrastructure and cloud operations, including security, policies and governanceDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using TerraformSupport and expand Kubernetes workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Improve monitoring, reliability, troubleshooting and production support processesAutomate infrastructure and operational processes, including opportunities to leverage AI-driven automationWork closely with developers on deployments, platform improvements and technical issuesTake ownership of projects end-to-end, from design and implementation through to ongoing maintenanceContribute to the evolution of DevOps and cloud engineering standards What we are looking for: 5+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations or Platform EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft AzureSolid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesPractical experience with GitHub and GitHub ActionsStrong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code skillsCommercial experience with Kubernetes and AKSStrong operational mindset, with experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and production environmentsAbility to work independently and take ownership in a broad, fast-moving environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsFluent English Nice to have: Experience working with .NET environmentsExposure to AI automation or AI-enabled engineering toolsExperience supporting cloud migration projectsExperience in a smaller or rapidly growing technology environment Why consider the role?
