Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Develop and maintain internal web applications, focusing on the frontend with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Implement backend functionalities using PHP and connect MySQL databases. • Develop and integrate APIs and interfaces between internal applications and third-party systems. • Work with a headless CMS (Strapi) to enhance existing content and features. • Support code rollouts, pipelines, and Linux server operations. • Translate business process requirements into practical, maintainable technical solutions. • Evaluate the potential of AI tools and features to support development and digital processes. What You'll Need • Solid practical experience with web technologies and scripting languages. • Proficiency in frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Backend experience with PHP, MySQL, APIs, and interface integration. • Familiarity with Content Management Systems; experience with Strapi is a plus. • Basic knowledge of Linux servers and understanding of rollouts and development pipelines. • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements. • Familiarity with the application of AI in software development. • Practical experience, a willingness to learn, and a focus on solution quality are key, regardless of educational background.
