Join our Fixed Income division as a Python Developer (for Market Finance), supporting exotic products across interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit markets.
The team is fully responsible for coordinating the implementation of complex payoffs within Société Générale's internal information systems, serving various business lines across the trading division.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Creating templates for new exotic productsDeveloping Python-based tools for process automation and security enhancementsDeveloping and maintaining documentation on the characteristics of exotic productsUpdating exotic products in response to external changes or the addition of new componentsAssisting in the selection of existing templates and, when necessary, creating new onesMaintaining products to improve or optimize pricing performanceInvestigating and resolving pricing-related anomaliesContinuously enhancing applications and addressing potential bugsCreating views dedicated to the industrialization of the pre-trade and post-trade chain
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role with:
Experience in developing process automation tools using Python and/or VBA (knowledge of additional technologies such as Java, C#, React and/or Angular would be an advantage)Practical knowledge of, and genuine interest in, financial marketsA Master's degree or Engineering degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficiency in English (knowledge of French would be an asset)Practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPointStrong ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and teamsExcellent analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
