Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Mendix applications.Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Mendix best practices.Design and implement domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and application pages.Configure and maintain application security.Support application lifecycle management activities.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, developers, and technical stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective Mendix solutions.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and application quality. Essential Skills 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.Mendix Advanced Developer Certification – Mandatory.Fluent Dutch language proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing.Strong knowledge of Mendix architecture and development best practices.Mendix Domain Modeling.Microflows and Nanoflows.Mendix Pages and UI development.Mendix application security.Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Experience working directly with business users and Product Owners.Willingness to work onsite minimum 2 days per week. Desirable Skills Experience working on enterprise-scale Mendix applications.Experience with Mendix integrations and APIs.Experience with application performance optimization.Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.Experience working within multidisciplinary development teams.
