End Client: State of South Carolina Job Title: Power Apps Developer Duration: 12 Months from projected start date + Extendable Location: Columbia, SC – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Ceipal ID: SSC_POWER261_SN Job Code: 13261 Department: SCDHHS Scope of Project: The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities: Design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Develop Model-driven and Canvas Power Apps.Develop solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.Build complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate.Create and manage custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure Services.Manage Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.Utilize JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams.Support enterprise Power Platform solutions while following security, governance, and deployment standards. Required/Preferred Skills: Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or have 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience5+ years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architectureExperience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrationsExperience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure ServicesSolid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelinesProficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patterns Preferred Skills Resource holds any of the following certifications: PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect, OR Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Experience with Azure Functions, Logic apps, and Azure API ManagementFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse FeaturesExperience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrationsUnderstanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD V Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company with its business strategically categorized in various Business Units including Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Projects, and Products.
