We don't build product features directly — we improve the existing codebase, engineering tooling, and workflows to raise the productivity of every other engineering team, and we help enable AI adoption across engineering. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Back-End Engineer: Develop and improve the existing monolith and microservice ecosystem.Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase other engineering teams build on.Build and improve internal developer tooling and workflows.Resolve cross-team technical issues that block other engineers.Drive AI adoption — optimising engineering processes with AI tooling.Progressively pick up .NET as part of the stack evolution. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting from 3,100€-4660€ (gross) per month, depending on experience.
