Company Description BidScript LTD is an AI-native knowledge engine designed for teams that compete through bids and proposals, transforming collective experience into dynamic, compounding intelligence. Unlike traditional tools with static Q&A libraries, BidScript continuously learns from each bid, outcome, and evaluator comment to improve performance over time. The platform ingests complete documents, from tender packs to case studies and technical specifications, and converts them into a structured, performance-linked knowledge graph. At the centre is Bidbot, an agentic AI that helps teams plan, analyse, and draft in real time by reasoning and adapting with evolving organisational knowledge. As teams work, BidScript surfaces proven answers, highlights risks early, and aligns submissions with what evaluators value, creating a continuously improving way to win. Role Description You will work across our stack: Python and FastAPI on the backend, TypeScript and React on the frontend, with LangGraph, Convex and Qdrant in the agentic layer, deployed across AWS and GCP. This is a role with genuine ownership. You will take a domain end to end, from shaping the work through to shipping it, with the authority to make the calls that go with that. We are looking for someone who is fluent with modern AI development tooling and has fluency with modern AI development tooling and sound judgement about how to apply it.
