The Role This is not a role where requirements are handed to you. You will understand users, make product decisions, write code, ship features, gather feedback and improve what you built. One day that might mean integrating with a legacy electronic health record system. The next it might mean improving a RAG pipeline or designing an entirely new product experience. Stack: Python · FastAPI · Kubernetes · TypeScript · React · LangChain · LangGraph · RAG · Agentic workflows What We Are Looking For Four or more years of engineering experience, with at least one to two years building LLM-powered features in productionHands-on experience with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows or LLM orchestration frameworksStrong Python backend skills and full stack range across TypeScript and ReactA track record of end-to-end product ownership from idea through to productionAbility to make sound technical decisions independently with incomplete informationBased in or able to commute to Amsterdam 1-2 days per week You Will Thrive Here If You bring your own ideas, embrace AI-assisted engineering, make decisions without waiting for perfect requirements and prefer shipping over planning.
