You'll work closely with capability leads, delivery, technical, and commercial teams to maintain service standards, manage incidents, and contribute to infrastructure strategy and continuous improvement. Much of the team sits in Albury, NSW, while COSOL's head office is in Brisbane, Australia. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in Australia.
