Description

Job DescriptionYOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY: Join our team and become an integral part of Glovo's Global Logistics! We provide a dynamic and challenging environment filled with numerous opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will be responsible for redesigning, testing, and implementing the payment structures that motivate and reward our riders worldwide. By blending deep data analysis and data modeling with creative problem-solving, your work will ensure our logistics network is efficient, scalable, and fair for our riders. The KPIs you will influence are crucial to operations, as every decision made will directly affect the whole operational investment (biggest company cost). BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: Explore and find the most optimal logistics payment structure in order to maximize global riders engagement. Strategically redesign our courier payment framework to improve key operational metrics, designing models that reward factors like vehicle used, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability. Dive deep into massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities. Your insights will be the foundation for optimizing our entire operational investment. Own the experimentation process to validate your ideas. You will design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, switchback tests) to precisely measure the impact of payment structure changes before a global rollout. Continuously monitor the performance of your strategies. You will track KPIs, assess the effectiveness of your changes, and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Understand and address local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the riders and truly understanding their perspective.
