As part of our GenAI team, you’ll play a key role in delivering, deploying, and monitoring AI and GenAI solutions that support our Claims Operations and Transformation teams. You’ll develop innovative GenAI applications aligned with our strategy - empowering our operations with data-driven decisions that drive efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes. A bit about the job : This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading GenAI delivery team within General Insurance and help shape the future of intelligent solutions at Aviva. We are looking for professionals who are: Proficient in the latest GenAI practices, including prompt engineering and RAG systems, with an awareness of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.Experienced in working with open-source agentic libraries like LangChain and LangGraph, and in building robust OOP Python applications and library code.Possess proven expertise in developing and deploying web-based applications using frameworks such as FastAPI.Demonstrate a strong understanding of backend APIs and scalable architecture design.Are knowledgeable in containerization and deployment through DevOps pipelines.Have familiarity with UI frameworks such as React and TypeScript (advantageous but not essential) What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – applies to our colleagues too.
