Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET, Angular)

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular • Enhance and extend existing functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs • Develop complex business logic and analytical calculations to support capital usage and scenario modeling workflows • Build and maintain interactive data visualizations, reports, and charts • Develop and integrate REST/HTTP-based services and messaging solutions where required • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability and performance • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives • Work closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software • Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to engineering best practices Mandatory Skills Description: • Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, preferably within the hedge fund or financial services industry • Deep expertise in C#/.NET • At least 4 years of frontend development experience • Strong knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, with hands-on experience within the last 3 years • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures • Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD/OOP) • Solid knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns • Experience with multi-threaded and concurrent programming • Proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, high-availability applications in production environments • Strong passion for backend architecture and application development, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Independent, proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability • Willingness to work during EST time zone hours
