Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for engineers (m/w) who want to build tools that matter - practical, reliable, and user-friendly solutions used by analysts in real operational contexts. Our mission is to provide open-source intelligence (OSINT) capabilities that support situational awareness, and decision-making. We collect, analyse, and visualise data from publicly accessible information sources to serve both internal and external partners. As a Full-Stack Engineer in our engineering team in Bern, you will design, build, and evolve the OSINT situational-map frontend. You will work across the full stack - from React/TypeScript frontend components to Python backend services and PostgreSQL data layers. This role is hands-on: you will be responsible for delivering features end-to-end, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria, and adapting to the evolving needs of analysts in a multinational environment.
