We are currently seeking talented and experienced Software Quality Analysts to ensure the reliability and functionality of our enterprise products.
You'll work closely with our R&D teams to identify and resolve defects, test new features, and accelerate the delivery of innovative, scalable, and reliable products.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, AI-driven product environment, working across web applications and APIs while contributing to modern test automation, data validation, and quality engineering practices.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications and APIs.
Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
Perform API testing and automation using Postman and/or Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
Conduct manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing.
Validate data integrity using SQL and NoSQL queries with tools such as DBeaver and MongoDB.
Investigate and troubleshoot application issues using AWS logs and observability tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and establish quality standards.
Test AI-powered features and adapt testing strategies as products and technologies evolve.
Maintain clear test documentation and contribute to QA processes and best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release readiness activities.
What you'll needTechnical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, including manual and automated testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
Experience with API testing using Postman and/or Swagger/OpenAPI.
Strong understanding of test planning, functional, regression, integration, and edge-case testing.
Good understanding of APIs, data structures, and request-response contracts.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as DBeaver.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
Experience using AWS logs or similar tools for troubleshooting and debugging.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving AI-driven products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with OpenSearch or similar search/indexing platforms.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
Experience testing AI/ML-powered features or LLM-integrated products.
Familiarity with performance or load testing tools.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments such as AWS or Azure.
