What role will you play?
As a Technical Product Owner, you will help drive the discovery, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of technology products across a diverse portfolio.
Working with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and Senior Product Managers, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, support roadmap planning, and help ensure products are delivered with clarity, confidence, and strong governance.
You'll contribute to the development of AI capabilities, support risk and control processes, and use data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve product outcomes.
In this fast-paced and evolving environment, you'll play a key role in aligning technical delivery with business priorities.
What You Offer
Up to 10 years experience in a Product role within a technical environment, ideally within financial services or another regulated industryStrong technical understanding, with the ability to define product roadmaps, shape engineering priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes without being a hands-on developerExperience using data and insights to assess product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support product adoption and awarenessProven ability to contribute to governance, risk management, and control processes while supporting stakeholder decision-makingExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex and continually evolving environment
