In this role, you will be at the heart of that transformation: identifying issues and driving them to swift resolution, while leveraging your software engineering expertise to design and build the tools, automation, and processes that define the next generation of cloud operations. You will shape how we improve manageability, observability, and resiliency of our most critical services, and drive down MTTx so that when incidents happen, we respond faster and smarter than ever before. What You'll Do You’ll be part of the core operations team focused on leveraging AiOps in the incident management processGet to work across organizational boundaries - collaborating with IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering teams — to ensure high availability of all Box services.Utilize both your technical and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams through rapid incident resolutionsModel solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and maintainability and contribute effectively to technical discussions across the team.Build tools and processes to improve proactive monitoring and alerting, incident response, reducing toil, enhancing documentation, increasing observability coverage, and addressing technical debt as part of regular work.
