About The Role Tieto Caretech Private Care team is looking for a (Junior) Software Engineer to join the development of healthcare software solutions used in the Finnish healthcare sector. This role is an excellent opportunity for a software engineer at the beginning of their career who wants to grow their technical skills while working in a meaningful and regulated domain. You will work as part of an experienced development team and gain hands‑on experience with both existing healthcare systems and modern technologies, while contributing to long‑term development and modernization.
