Responsibilities Platform Engineering & Cloud Operations Design, build, and maintain a secure and scalable cloud-based platform for deploying Python applications, APIs, and data processing solutions in compliance with architecture, security, operational, and regulatory requirementsOperate and continuously improve the organization's containerized runtime infrastructureManage infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code practicesEnsure platform reliability, availability, resiliency, and recoverabilitySupport platform upgrades, technology lifecycle management, patching, and capacity planning activities CI/CD, Release Management & Deployment Operations Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelinesManage deployment processes across UAT and Production environmentsExecute production deployments for Python applications, APIs, data pipelines, and approved low-code solutionsMaintain deployment standards, release procedures, rollback mechanisms, and deployment documentation Data Pipeline & Application Operations Support the deployment, execution, and operational management of Kedro-based data pipelines and related servicesOperate and maintain application runtime environments and industrial execution layersEnsure data processing services meet performance, availability, and operational SLAs Security, Compliance & Governance Enforce security-by-design principles throughout the deployment lifecycleManage secrets vaults, credentials, certificates, runtime configuration, and secure access mechanismsEnsure proper implementation and maintenance of OAuth2 authentication and authorization mechanismsLead vulnerability management activities, including security patching, remediation coordination, and compliance reportingParticipate in audits, risk assessments, security reviews, and operational control validationsEnsure segregation of duties controls across development, deployment, and production operations Monitoring, Observability & Production Support Design and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutionsDefine and manage operational health indicators, system metrics, dashboards, and alerting frameworksMonitor production environments proactivelyTroubleshoot and resolve deployment, infrastructure, integration, runtime, production, performance, and operational issues Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Software Developers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, Security teams, and Infrastructure teamsProvide technical guidance on deployment architectures, operational best practices, and automation strategiesPromote DevOps cultureDrive continuous improvements in platform capabilities, reliability, scalability, security, and developer experience Requirements Technical Skills Scripting and task automation (Python, Bash)Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)Knowledge of observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)Expertise in containerization and virtualization (Kubernetes, Docker, Virtual Machines)Experience with orchestration and scheduling frameworks (Airflow)Experience with AI tools (MLflow, OpenAI) Nice to Have Knowledge of AI concepts (Agentic AI, GenAI)Experience using Copilots Language Requirements English – Proficiency required Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAutonomy and strong problem-solving skillsCreative and efficient approachTeam spiritExperience working in an Agile environmentAbility to work cooperatively across teams and projectsOrganizational and planning skillsSense of confidentiality and data protectionAbility to report regularly to the operational managerStrong motivation to learn and grow within the Data DevOps field Only eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
