About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at BWI GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our extensive IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and modernization of our systems. You will work closely with various teams to implement new technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain optimal system performance. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and availability of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. - Implement and support cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems against threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and upgrade existing systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime. - Develop and document technical procedures, standards, and best practices. - Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies. - Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders. - Participate in project planning, execution, and reporting to meet organizational goals. - Stay updated on emerging IT trends, tools, and security threats to recommend improvements.
