Lead Software Engineer - Backend (Python)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Python Engineer who can work in the core of our organization with a tightly knit and small DevOps team to deliver business value using modern cloud technologies and a DevOps way of working. As a backend software engineer, you will join our existing "backbone team", responsible for the digital core of Schuberg Philis, and improve its software development capabilities, working closely with internal stakeholders in sales, finance, and people planning. You will work daily within a DevOps team where your colleagues will expect you to maintain a wide overview while guarding aspects like quality, security, and planning.
