About the job We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Cloud Engineer to support an organisation in Eindhoven with the management, maintenance, and optimisation of its cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role suited to a freelancer who is comfortable working independently across cloud infrastructure, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Azure and/or AWS cloud environmentsMonitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructureImplement infrastructure changes and automationWork with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC toolsSupport cloud migration and infrastructure projectsManage cloud networking, security, and connectivitySupport CI/CD and automation processesDocument infrastructure and improve operational processes Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / InfrastructureStrong experience with Azure and/or AWSExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure as CodeGood scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or BashKnowledge of Linux and/or Windows ServerStrong understanding of cloud networking and securityExperience troubleshooting production environmentsAvailable to work on a freelance / ZZP basisProfessional English Preferred Qualifications: Azure or AWS certificationExperience with Kubernetes / DockerExperience with AnsibleKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Active DirectoryDutch language skills are advantageous Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Contract: Freelance / ZZP Working Arrangement: Hybrid Start: ASAP If you are interested, please apply or send your CV to Edward.Gidisu@cdhprofessionals.com.
