We're hiring Senior Software Engineers to join rapidly growing technology teams building platforms and tools for some of the most demanding environments in financial services.
These roles sit close to investment teams, quantitative researchers and front-office users, solving technically complex problems across financial data, research platforms, internal tooling and investment technology.
We're particularly interested in Senior Software Engineers who enjoy working in small, high-calibre teams, taking ownership of problems and remaining hands-on rather than moving away from engineering into pure management.
Senior Software Engineering
You'll design and build high-performance applications, platforms and internal tools used across investment and research teams.
Relevant experience could include:
Strong backend development experience with Python, C++, C#, Java, Rust or similarAPIs, microservices and distributed systemsHigh-performance or data-intensive applicationsCloud technologies, particularly AWS or AzureDocker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practicesSQL and large-scale data processingBuilding tools for traders, quants, researchers or investment professionalsFront-office, systematic trading or hedge fund technology experience
