What You Will Do Architect and evolve the core backend platform, including microservices, async processing pipelines, and data infrastructure using Go, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.Lead high-impact design decisions and systemic performance optimizations that drive the technical roadmap and platform reliability across the engineering organization.Mentor senior engineers through architecture reviews and hands-on pairing while collaborating with product leadership to translate customer needs into scalable systems. The ideal candidate 15+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on distributed systems, microservices, and async workload processing at scale.Proven track record building or architecting application security products, including deep familiarity with AppSec, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security.Expert-level proficiency in Go and production experience with Kubernetes-based infrastructure, complemented by strong product instincts and a history of technical leadership at scale.
