REQUIREMENTS Please do not submit any candidates who have been fired or laid off from their most recent role.5 - 15 years of experience as a product manager or founder building B2B software productsProduct Manager at a high- growth B2B SaaS or AI startup (Series B - Series E) – need to see exposure to high- ownership, fast paced environmentsExperience working with an engineering team on a highly technical product (AI agents, data platform, etc. )Ability to code proficiently or a major power user of AI coding tools → Must be able to build using AI and Deep understanding of SDLC automationAverage company tenure of 2+ years Education Degree from a top 40 university in the US, Canada, or Europe OR University of Berkley
