Your Team The Bank Channel team, within the CFS Superannuation and Investments business unit, is responsible for the product management, development and delivery of key superannuation and investment products offered in conjunction with CommBank (CBA). Your Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing managementDefine and execute the product strategy to ensure the solutions meets customer needs through research and delivers on CFS's strategic objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and distribution) and external vendors to design commercially viable and compliant solutionsEnsure products comply with Australian regulatory frameworks, including SIS Act, Corporations Act, APRA and ASIC requirementsChampion customer-centric design and continuous improvement, using data and insights to inform decisionsEngage with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and communicate product vision and progressSupport product governance processes, including product approvals, regulatory submissions, and product reviewsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the proposed offer remains relevant and competitive Your Capability and Experience Proven experience in financial services industryExperience in Product Management or Product Development in the Superannuation and Investment IndustryPrevious experience in supporting the delivery of large strategic projects in a financial services environmentGood understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment in which CFS's investment products operate.Demonstrated experience in building good working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
