About the Role Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Software Lead Engineer – Embedded Communications to lead software engineering activities for mission-critical communication systems. The role combines advanced embedded software development with technical leadership, program execution, cost and schedule management, and customer requirement analysis. The engineer will work with high-performance teams developing secure and complex systems where reliability and mission success are critical.
