About the Opportunity: The Software Engineer 1 position is centered on leading the backend development of a next-generation Practice Management platform. The role involves designing scalable architectural solutions and maintaining core services crucial to operational success. This position drives technical innovation and ensures the platform evolves alongside the organization''s business needs, contributing directly to the effectiveness and growth of the platform. 3. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using Spring Boot, Java, and cloud technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions aligned with business requirements. • Lead implementation of critical services that support product features and improve team efficiency. • Conduct code reviews to maintain standards for clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. • Research and apply emerging technologies and best practices to enhance development and product quality. • Utilize AI tools to support software development tasks. 4. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum one year of software development experience. • Strong grasp of Object-Oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. • Proficient problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Preferred experience with Spring framework, version control systems, and relational databases. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Zone 1 (National Average) $80,500—$86,900 USD • Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, role requirements, and geographic location. 6.
