About The Role
Own product experience from Figma design to React/TypeScript implementationBuild clean, accessible interfaces for complex financial workflowsTranslate dense requirements into simple UX flows and polished UIBuild and evolve a scalable design system and component library (e.g., shadcn/ui)Develop production-ready React components with strong accessibility standardsPartner closely with product and engineering to design and ship features end-to-endMaintain consistency across visual design, interaction patterns, and UI behaviorOperate as a high-ownership IC in a fast-moving, product-driven environment
Requirements
