Quality Engineer Location: Eindhoven region (Netherlands) Employment Type: Full-time Contract Type: Long-term (with potential for permanent employment) Relocation support available About the Role Are you a Quality Engineer with experience in high-tech manufacturing environments? We are looking for a professional to join an international team in the Netherlands, supporting a leading client in the high-tech industry. You’ll play a key role in acting as first point of contact for customer complaints and drive structured resolution and communication, ensuring product quality, driving process improvements, and supporting New Product Introductions (NPI). This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy a mix of hands-on problem solving and preventive quality improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Act as the link between customer expectations and internal alignment.Lead root cause analyses (RCA), problem-solving (8D), and customer feedback.Support NPI projects by implementing and optimizing quality processes.Monitor and improve quality systems (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, CAPA, ISO/QMS).Work closely with engineering and production teams to solve issues directly on the shop floor.Provide clear reporting and documentation to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar.6+ years of relevant experience.Proven background in semiconductor, automotive, medical or electronics manufacturing is required.Proven experience and knowledge of electronics and PCB's assembly and manufacturingStrong knowledge of quality methodologies (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, ISO/QMS, Lean Six Sigma).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.Independent, pragmatic, and able to remain calm under pressure.Valid EU work authorization (visa support possible for non-EU candidates). We Offer 1-2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment.Monthly gross salary: 4.500,00 - 6.600,00 (based on experience and education).33 paid vacation days.Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May.Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km.Relocation support:First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed€1,500 - €3,000 net relocation bonusPick-up on arrival and onboarding support (bank, BSN, insurance, etc.)Work permit and visa assistance (if applicable).Team onboarding events and community support.
